Fitness Programs That Don’t Work

Have you tried fitness programs in the past that didn’t work?

This is one of the most common problems that we hear.  

“I’ve tried X, and Y, and Z!  I didn’t like X.  Y wasn’t motivating. And I didn’t get any results from Z”.

With all of the programs out there this can be frustrating.  

This is exactly why we don’t do a One-Size Fits All program.  Everyone has different goals and needs.  

Some people walk through our doors and walk out with a nutrition plan and weekly goals.  Others may come in and get a few sessions of our 1-on-1 On Ramp before joining group classes.  

People should be rewarded for their time and hard work.  

To ensure that happens, everyone starts with a free “No-Sweat” Intro to discuss past history, talk about goals, take an InBody scan, and build a plan that gets you results.

Don’t fall for the “This works for everyone!” pitch.  Make sure your program fits your needs!
